As part of the Oubreak initiative, Contaminate NYC is spreading its activities to the different neighborhoods of New York City supporting local artists and communities, starting with Red Hook. The first outbreak will start with the exhibition of graphic designer and comics icon Joshua Ray Stephens.

Piacenza (Italy), 1981. Lives and work in Italy.
“Freaks” are the subjects Nikka prefers, the ones who have the courage to break the predefined schemes of the society we live in and claim the freedom to express their true essence. To the serialization of the ideas that suppresses the desire to be different, she opposes fantasy, inspiration, reflection and playful spirit.
